Most packaged tea passes through several stages: manufacture, purchase, blending, warehousing, packing and distribution. That journey can take around two to three months before the tea reaches you.

Our story

Half a century in the tea belt of North Bengal

For fifty years our family has done one thing: make tea. What began as a small manufacturing unit in the Dooars has grown into KB Group — Kunj Bihari Agro Industries Pvt Ltd — a manufacturer, blender and packer supplying wholesale markets across India under brands such as Aashvi Gold, Praanvi Gold, Gopal Bagh, Hollong, Mangalbari and Tin Bigha White.

Tea is at its best when it is young. Leaf that sits in a warehouse for a year loses the brightness and briskness that a strong Indian cup depends on. Because we manufacture the tea ourselves, we pack and dispatch within days of production instead of months — the entire idea behind Pickup Fresh, our retail pack, and Tea-Kart, our own online store.

Buying here means buying from the factory floor. No distributor, no super-stockist, no re-packing. Just fresh CTC tea, sealed at the source in Siliguri and sent straight to your door.
